Mega Star Mammootty is slowly losing his unquestionable dominance in the Malayalam Cinema industry, and this drain of soil from the feet will be more evident if you analyze the collection records of the last 22 Mammooty films. His recent release ‘Munnariyippu’ was a critical success, but it failed to make any impact in the Box Office. In an urge to unleash some success, Mammootty and his production company ‘Play House’ is planning to release his upcoming movie ‘Varsham’ in a grand manner. As per reports, this movie will have a world wide release, and it will hit more than 400 theaters all across the globe on November 6th.
Apart from Kerala, the movie will be released in USA, UK and Australia in the same day. Mammooty is also receiving umpteen numbers of requests from the middle East, and the fans of the actor in these countries are demanding a simultaneous release there as well. Steady talks are going on to release this movie in Gulf countries, and recent developments are turning out to be positive in nature.
Varsham is penned and directed by Ranjith Shankar. Asha Sharath is doing the role of lady lead in the movie, and the remaining star cast includes, Mamta Mohandas, Govind Padmasoorya, Irshad, T G Ravi, Sunil Sugatha, Sarayu, and Sudheer Karamana.
