Lijo Jose Pallissery, son of yesteryear actor Jose Pallissery is one of the most promising filmmakers in Mollywood. The director has proved his mettle through his movies, 'Nayakan', 'City of God' and his latest flick, 'Amen'. The recent news about Lijo is regarding his possible joining with the one and only mega star, Mammootty.
As per unconfirmed reports, the duo will soon work together in a new film. This project is touted to be the film adaptation of O V Vijayan's "Khasakinte Ithihasam". Talks regarding this movie is going on in the backdrop, and official confirmation is expected to come soon.
Lijo Jose Pallissery is currently busy with the works of his most anticipated project, 'Double Barrel'. The film stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Indrajith Sukumaran, Arya, Sunny Wayne and Asif Ali in the lead roles.
On the other hand, Mammootty is enjoying the success of his recent release, 'Fireman'. The film directed by Deepu Karunakaran has succeeded in ringing the money bells in theaters, and it is slowly emerging as the first Super Hit of 2015.
