All Lights Film Services takes 'Thira' to Gwinnett Center International Film Festival

The hit movie of 2013, ‘Thira’ will be taken to the reputed red carpet of Gwinnet Centre International Film Festival, by one of the leading Film Festival consultancies in India, All Lights Film Services. Along with ‘Thira’ directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan, two other Marathi movies 'Pinky-Ek Sathyakatha’ by Sudhin Thakur and 'Kapus Kondyachi Goshta' by Mrunalini Bhosale will get screened in the festival as the official selection.
 
The Malayalam movie ‘Thira’ is inspired from the book “The Road of Lost Innocence: The true story of a Cambodian heroine”, by Somaly Mam. ‘Thira’ tells the story of a doctor who toils hard to protect young girls who were kidnapped. The Marathi movie 'Pinky-Ek Sathyakatha' showcases the most controversial story of illicit activities ruling the Indian athletic world. The film is based on the real life of Pinky Pramanik who was allegedly accused of gender forgery. The movie based on women empowerment, 'Kapus Kondyachi Goshta' is a perfect epitome of 'feel good' film making, and it has gained highly positive reviews in all places where it got screened.

The 2nd Gwinnett Center International Film Festival is scheduled from August 1st – August 3rd 2014. The festival aims to present awards to the most innovative and artistic filmmakers in a variety of categories. The selected Indian films are taken to the festival by ‘All Lights Film Services’, which is now emerging as the top notch film festival consultancy in the nation, and is helping Indian movies to reach the global platform of glory.
