Mohanlal to act in M Padmakumar movie

Superstar Mohanlal will soon join the sets of a new movie which will be directed by M Padmakumar. The film has been titled 'Kanal', and as per reports, this movie will showcase a different revenge story. Along with Mohanlal, a popular young actor will also do a pivotal role. 

Many reports claim that this young actor will be Prithviraj Sukumaran or Fahad Fazil. 

'Kanal' has been tag lined “Every End has an old beginning”. This revenge story will portray the lives of two people in the backdrop of a sand city. 

The movie is being scripted by S Suresh Babu. Abraham Mathew is the producer of the movie. The music of 'Kanal' is composed by Ouseppachan. Vinod Illampilly is doing the cinematography of the movie. 

M Padmakumar and Mohanlal has previously worked together in 'Shikar'. The movie was a moderate success in the Box Office.
