‘Sapthamasree Thaskaraha’ directed by Anil Radhakrishnan hit the theaters on Anil Radhakrishnan hit the theaters on 6th September 2014. The movie got a grand opening throughout the state, and the initial reports about the movie are highly positive in nature. Both critics and audiences are praising the director Anil Radhakrishnan for narrating the story in a simple yet elegant manner, and this is undoubtedly the main USP of the film. The film has Prithviraj Sukumaran, Asif Ali, Neeraj Madhav, Nedumudi Venu, Sudheer Karamana and Chemban Vinod in the lead roles.

‘Sapthamasree Thaskaraha’ like the name indicates portrays the story of seven thieves who are good from the heart. The movie begins from the flash back telling from Prithviraj’s perspective, and from then, what we will see will be some feel good moments blended with some fun, twists and shocks. The script of the movie is finely written by Anil Radhakrishnan, and this is undoubtedly the spinal cord of the movie. The cinematography by Jayesh Nair is excellent, and Manoj Kannoth’s editing is crisp.

All the actors have done their roles in a decent manner, and special mention should be given to Chemban Vinod and Neeraj Madhav. Prithviraj yet again proved that he is selective in choosing movies, and he put up a believable act. Asif Ali again proved his mettle after ‘Apothecary’ and he was amply supported by the other three thieves. Altogether, the movie is must watch for people who love light hearted feel good movies.
